The grapes from a warm and dry vintage were hand harvested and traditionally fermented in open tanks. This is a mature and elegant wine with flavours of blueberry, plum and spice. Rich and soft with lovely developed characteristics (Screwcap)

The 2006 vintage was hot and dry and produced a full-bodied wine with plenty of fruit and flavor. With time in the cellar this wine has begun to mature and is displaying gentle character of black fruits, mint and a touch of pepper, with fine tannins on the finish. (Screwcap)
The fruit for the Estate wines are all hand-harvested to ensure that only the berries in optimal condition are conveyed to the winery. The 2006 is medium bodied and beginning to develop nicely with red fruits, leaf and a hint of mint, finishing with firm tannins. (Screwcap)

Beginning to display some mature characters after ten years development in the cellars. There are aromas of cassis, black current and cigar box together with toasty French oak. The palate is medium bodied, with great length and intensity, the ripe tannins providing a firm, fine finish. (Screwcap)
