Enjoy a 3-course dinner menu specially curated by Head Chef, Travis Rodwell inspired by heritage breeds and heirloom vegetables.
Guest will enjoy shared plates of, ‘Everything Wagyu’ slow-roasted rump, Yapunyah meadow grazed chicken, a pork tasting board and a selection of decadent classic desserts for the final course.
